No, the sale is final once the download link is sent, due to the digital nature of the product. We invite you to download the free trial copy before purchasing to verify compatibility.
What is the difference between a dated and an undated planner?
The undated planner comes without pre-set dates, but with navigation hyperlinks already in place. You enter the dates yourself on the monthly or annual calendar, depending on the model, and then the hyperlinks allow you to access the corresponding daily or weekly pages. For a new year, simply duplicate the file and enter the new dates.
The dated planner comes with the dates already integrated and can only be used for the year for which it was created: the dates cannot be changed in the file. A new purchase is therefore required each year, with no possibility of updating the existing file.
How can I recover my files if I have lost the download link?
Retrieve your order at any time on our download portal using your order number and your email address or phone number. You can also create an account to access your files directly from the "Download files" section of your profile, without having to re-enter your order number each time.
