One quarter to make progress, not an entire year

A year is too long to stay on track, a week too short to see where you’re going. A quarter gives you enough time to make real progress on a project, but not so much that you lose focus.

Each quarter has five pages: a day-by-day view, a plan with three goals, a vision, a sample week for time blocking, and a review to decide what to keep, stop, and start.

Inside the planner

Monthly Planning

→ One calendar per month, with week numbers, a three-line focus section, deadlines, and a brief review at the end of the month. A second page brings together the weeks of the month to help distribute the workload. Each date links to its daily page.

Weekly Planning

→ Two pages per week. The Plan page accommodates three priorities, your appointments and tasks from Monday to Sunday, the win of the week and what to postpone. The Notes page remains entirely free, in bullet points, for ideas, lists and reports.

Daily planning

→ One page per day, with no fixed boxes. A top line for what needs to get done today, then a dot grid for meeting notes, lists, or time-blocking your day. The timeline at the top opens up the other days of the week.

The undated planner comes without pre-set dates, but with navigation hyperlinks already in place. You enter the dates yourself on the monthly or annual calendar, depending on the template, and the hyperlinks then allow you to access the corresponding daily or weekly pages. For a new year, simply duplicate the file and enter the new dates.

The dated planner comes with the dates already integrated and can only be used for the year for which it was created: the dates cannot be modified within the file. A new purchase is therefore required each year, with no possibility of updating the existing file.

Access your order at any time on our download portal using your order number and your email address or phone number. You can also create an account to access your files directly from the "Download files" section of your profile, without having to re-enter your order number each time.
